Charles Joseph leads Florida Blue's Corporate Affairs group, which includes: Legal Affairs; Business Assurance; Business Ethics, Integrity, and Compliance; Public Policy and Community Engagement; and board administration. Prior to joining Florida Blue in 1994, Joseph was a commercial litigator for Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP in New York City. Throughout his career, Joseph has been active in the community, currently serving as Chair of the Florida Blue Foundation and as a member of the Board of Trustees of the River Garden Hebrew Home.
