To fulfill LCLD's commitment to Leadership, Action, and Results, our Programs staff systematically collects data measuring the impact of our programs—and reports to Members on our progress.

By any measure, LCLD had one of our most successful years in 2016—a level of success borne out by the numbers in our latest Impact Report, available for download at the bottom of this page.

As you know, hundreds of attorneys and law students benefit every year from our Law School Mentoring, 1L Scholars, Pathfinder, Fellows, and Fellows Alumni programs. 

This year's Impact Report quantifies those benefits by presenting the results of surveys conducted in partnership with Bob Nelson of the American Bar Foundation, which confirm that LCLD programs are making a difference in the lives of thousands of individuals and helping to shape the future of the profession. 

Just as LCLD membership continues to grow, so does our impact on the legal profession, helping to make it as diverse as the nation we serve.
